Lindsay Lohan was recently spotted out and about in Hollywood wearing a see-thru top, and obviously, you can see her breasts, and nipples, too. To all up-and-coming actresses: This is Attention Whoring 101. I’ve never been a big fan of Lindsay Lohan but these pictures are just too sweet to pass up.
